Contour & Blush Palette Review & Swatches | Bh Cosmetics

Hey Y'All,
Thought I'd share with you my
first impressions on the
(new & improved)
swatches & review :)

rrp: $11.95
added $9.06  Australian shipping

The design is just an ordinary black plastic packaging, as most 'drugstore' palettes are.
Inside six shades in a plastic tray.

The white shade is great for setting foundation/concealer.
The top middle beige, surprisingly came out as a great highlighter rather than a bronzer/blush.
The two obvious pink shades; on the right, the  lighter shade is great for the summer time and the much more pigmented darker pink is great for the cooler weather.
The two bottom brown shades are very pigmented but I don't like the idea how shimmery the lighter brown is. On the other hand, as the darkest shade in the palette; the dark brown is the most matte, creamiest and pigmented.

As predicted, the lighter shades are less pigmented, with more applying you can get the right pigmentation though. 2/6 shades are matte, which is the white and darkest brown. Other than that, all the other shades have little to lots of shimmer.

Overall, the palette is very worth the price; bendable and pigmented, very easy to apply and doesn't appear cakey, quite long lasting if you use a face primer, extremely natural on the skin and a very versatile palette; setting powder, highlighter, eyeshadow, bronzer and blush.

6/10 for packaging
8/10 for the shades
Would you repurchase? Yes
